We are looking for an individual with excellent organizational and communication skills to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative and clerical support to ensure the efficient operation of the office.
Responsibilities:
- Greet visitors and direct them to the appropriate personnel
- Answer and direct incoming phone calls
- Maintain office filing and storage systems
- Manage office supplies and order new supplies as needed
- Prepare, edit, and proofread documents
- Assist with scheduling and coordinating meetings and events
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail
- Perform data entry and other administrative tasks as needed
Previous experience in an administrative role
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong organizational and time management skills
Ability to multi-task and prioritize tasks
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
