- Handle customer inquiries and complaints with professionalism and a positive attitude.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff and management to ensure smooth operations and high-quality service.
Previous experience in a food and beverage service role is preferred.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a friendly and approachable demeanour.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks effectively.
Knowledge of food and beverage menus, including wine and cocktail pairings, is an advantage.
