We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Office Administrator who is fluent in Maltese to join our dynamic team. This role is essential in ensuring the smooth operation of our office and providing exceptional support to our staff and clients.

- Manage daily office operations, including scheduling meetings, handling correspondence, and maintaining office supplies.
- Serve as the first point of contact for clients and visitors, providing a warm and professional welcome.
- Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and other documentation as required.
- Coordinate travel arrangements and itineraries for team members.
- Maintain accurate records and databases, ensuring confidentiality and compliance with data protection regulations.
- Support various administrative projects and initiatives to enhance office efficiency.

Requirements
  • Fluency in Maltese and English

  • Proven experience in an administrative role or similar position.

  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Handle incoming calls, emails, and correspondence in Maltese and English
