- Oversee kitchen operations, including inventory management, food safety, and hygiene practices.
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure efficient service during peak hours.
- Train and mentor junior kitchen staff, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.
- Monitor and control food costs, ensuring adherence to budgetary guidelines.
Proven experience as an Indian Chef in a high-volume restaurant or hotel environment.
In-depth knowledge of Indian spices, cooking techniques, and regional cuisines
Strong organisational skills with the ability to multitask and work under pressure
