We are looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Merchandiser. As a Merchandiser, you will be responsible for ensuring that our products are displayed and marketed effectively in retail stores. You will work closely with the sales and marketing teams to develop and implement merchandising strategies that drive sales and increase brand awareness.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to develop merchandising strategies
- Monitor and analyze sales trends and customer preferences to make informed merchandising decisions
- Create eye-catching displays and arrange products in an appealing manner
- Ensure that products are properly stocked and restocked on shelves and displays
- Conduct regular store visits to ensure compliance with merchandising standards
- Communicate with store managers to negotiate product placement and promotional opportunities
- Monitor inventory levels and communicate with production team to ensure timely restocking
- Conduct market research to identify new trends and opportunities for product placement
1+ years of experience in merchandising or retail sales
Ability to work independently and in a team environment
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and merchandising software
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field
Flexibility to travel and work weekends as needed.
