We are looking for a dedicated and energetic Runner to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring smooth operations and exceptional service delivery.
- Assist in the timely delivery of food and beverages to guests, ensuring accuracy and presentation standards are met.
- Support the kitchen and front-of-house teams by restocking supplies and maintaining cleanliness in service areas.
- Communicate effectively with team members to coordinate orders and special requests.
- Handle guest inquiries and requests promptly and courteously, enhancing the overall dining experience.
- Assist in the setup and breakdown of dining areas for events and service periods.
- Adhere to health and safety regulations, ensuring a safe and hygienic working environment.
Previous experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry is preferred.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-focused attitude.
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and under pressure.
