We are looking for a reliable and responsible individual to join our team as a Pool Attendant. As a Pool Attendant, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and safety of our pool area and ensuring a positive experience for all guests.
Responsibilities:
- Monitor and maintain the cleanliness of the pool area, including the pool deck, restrooms, and surrounding areas
- Ensure all pool equipment and supplies are properly stored and maintained
- Enforce pool rules and regulations to ensure the safety of all guests
- Respond to any guest inquiries or concerns in a friendly and professional manner
- Perform regular pool maintenance tasks such as checking and adjusting chemical levels, cleaning filters, and skimming the pool surface
- Keep accurate records of pool usage and maintenance activities
- Assist with pool area set-up and breakdown for special events or parties
- Provide excellent customer service to all guests using the pool area
High school diploma or equivalent
Previous experience in a similar role preferred
Strong communication and customer service skills
Knowledge of pool maintenance and safety procedures
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Physical ability to perform tasks such as lifting and moving pool equipment
Flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays
CPR and First Aid certification a plus
