Overview
- We are looking for an individual to provide excellent customer service in our store. The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting customers in finding what they need, answering their questions, and providing helpful advice. They will also be responsible for keeping the store clean and organized, stocking shelves, and processing payments.
Greet customers warmly and assist them with inquiries
- Help customers find products and give recommendations
- Explain product features, prices, and promotions
- Operate the cash register and handle payments (cash/card)
- Ensure shelves are well-stocked, clean, and organized
- Receive, check, and arrange new stock deliveries
- Maintain store cleanliness and visual standards
- Handle customer complaints or issues politely and professionally
- Support sales targets and upselling when appropriate
