We are seeking a creative and results-driven Interior Designer specializing in floral arrangements who can manage design concepts, sales consultations, installations, and on-site styling. The role requires a hands-on individual who can translate client needs into visually appealing floral designs while supporting sales activities and overseeing delivery and installation.

Key Responsibilities

Interior Design & Floral Styling

• Design floral arrangements and installations that complement interior spaces such as offices, hotels, residences, retail spaces, and events
• Develop floral concepts aligned with interior themes, branding, and spatial requirements
• Select appropriate flowers, greenery, containers, and decorative elements

Sales & Client Engagement

• Meet with clients to understand design preferences, budget, and space requirements
• Present design concepts, proposals, and quotations to clients
• Support sales activities by identifying upselling and cross-selling opportunities
• Maintain strong client relationships to encourage repeat business

Installations & Operations

• Prepare, deliver, install, and style floral arrangements on-site
• Ensure correct placement, scale, and visual balance in each space
• Perform maintenance, replacement, and seasonal updates as required
• Coordinate logistics and ensure timely completion of installations

Driving & Logistics

• Drive company or assigned vehicles to deliver floral arrangements and materials
• Ensure safe transportation, loading, and unloading of items
• Assist with collection of supplies and materials when required
