The selected candidate will be responsible for designing, creating, altering, and maintaining costumes used by performers and staff in the theme park. The role requires attention to detail, creativity, and the ability to meet deadlines for events and shows.

1. Costume Creation & Alteration:

• Design and create costumes according to design specifications and theme park requirements.
• Alter existing costumes to ensure proper fit and functionality.
• Repair damaged costumes in a timely manner to maintain operational readiness.

2. Fabric & Material Management:

• Select appropriate fabrics, materials, and accessories for each costume.
• Ensure efficient use of materials and minimize waste.
• Maintain inventory of fabrics, trims, and sewing supplies.

3. Quality Control & Maintenance:

• Inspect costumes regularly for wear and tear and perform necessary maintenance.
• Ensure all costumes meet safety standards and are comfortable for performers.
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness and presentation of all costumes.

4. Collaboration & Communication:

• Work closely with designers, production teams, and management to meet costume requirements for shows, events, and seasonal productions.
• Provide input on costume feasibility, durability, and design improvements.
• Communicate effectively with colleagues regarding timelines, progress, and issues.

5. Adherence to Deadlines:

• Manage multiple costume projects simultaneously.
• Ensure costumes are completed on schedule for performances and events.
