We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an HR Executive. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the recruitment process, onboarding new employees, and managing employee relations.

HR Operations & Administration

• Maintain and update employee files, contracts, and HR systems
• Prepare HR documents such as employment contracts, letters, memos, and certificates
• Monitor probation periods, contract renewals, and employee movements
• Assist with payroll coordination, attendance, and leave management

Employee Relations

• Serve as the first point of contact for employee HR-related concerns
• Assist in handling disciplinary cases, grievances, and investigations in line with company policies
• Support performance management processes and employee engagement initiatives
• Promote company policies, procedures, and code of conduct

Compliance & Policy Implementation

• Ensure HR practices comply with local labor laws and company policies
• Assist in drafting, reviewing, and implementing HR policies and procedures
• Support audits, inspections, and HR reporting requirements

HR Projects & Support

• Assist in HR initiatives such as training programs, wellness activities, and company events
• Prepare HR reports and presentations as required by management
• Support other HR-related projects and ad-hoc tasks
