We are looking for a friendly and efficient Waiter/Waitress to join our team and provide excellent customer service to our guests. As a Waiter/Waitress, you will be responsible for taking orders, serving food and drinks, and ensuring a pleasant dining experience for our customers.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and seat customers in a timely and friendly manner
- Take food and drink orders and relay them to the kitchen staff
- Serve food and drinks to customers
- Ensure accuracy of orders and address any issues or complaints
- Provide recommendations and answer questions about menu items
- Maintain a clean and organized dining area
- Process payments and handle cash transactions
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure a smooth and efficient service
- Follow all safety and sanitation procedures
- Upsell menu items and promote special offers to customers
Previous experience as a waiter/waitress or in a customer service role preferred
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks
Strong attention to detail and ability to accurately take and process orders
Knowledge of food and beverage menus and ability to make recommendations
Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
Physical stamina to stand and walk for extended periods of time
Positive attitude and willingness to provide exceptional customer service
High school diploma or equivalent education preferred.
