We are looking for an experienced culinary professional to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of two years of experience in a professional kitchen, with a focus on food preparation and presentation.
The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the kitchen, including but not limited to:
• Preparing and cooking food according to recipes and standards
• Supervising and training junior kitchen staff
• Maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene
• Ensuring all food safety regulations are followed
• Monitoring stock levels and ordering supplies as needed
• Assisting in menu planning and development
• Working in a fast-paced environment
• Working collaboratively with other kitchen staff
Proven experience as a Chef de Partie or experienced Commis Chef.
Strong knowledge of cooking techniques and kitchen operations.
Ability to work efficiently under pressure.
Excellent cooking and technical skills
Attention to detail and consistency
Willingness to work shifts, weekends, and holidays.
Certificate or Diploma in Culinary Arts, Professional Cookery, or a related field.
