We are looking for a dedicated and dynamic Shop Supervisor to join our team in Gozo. This role is essential in ensuring the smooth operation of our shop while delivering exceptional customer service and leading a motivated team.
- Oversee daily shop operations, ensuring adherence to company policies and procedures.
- Manage and train staff, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate stock replenishment to ensure product availability.
- Provide outstanding customer service, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Implement promotional activities and merchandising strategies to enhance sales performance.
- Prepare reports on sales performance and staff productivity to inform management decisions.
Proven experience in a retail supervisory role or similar position.
Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop staff.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-focused approach.
Good organisational skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Proficient in using retail management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Flexibility to work varied hours, including weekends and public holidays as required.
