We are looking for a reliable individual to join our team and take on the role of Accounts Clerk. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, ensuring all transactions are recorded and reconciled, and preparing financial reports.
Responsibilities:
Basic understanding of accounting principles and financial processes.
Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel.
Proficient in Xero Accounting Software
Strong numerical and analytical skills.
High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
Good communication and organizational skills.
Able to work independently and within a team.
Able to manage multiple tasks and deadlines efficiently.
Diploma or certificate in Accounting, Finance, or related field (or equivalent experience)
