We are looking for a detail-oriented Outsourcing Specialist to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in managing and optimising our outsourcing strategies to enhance operational efficiency and drive business growth.
Identify, evaluate, and onboard outsourcing partners based on business requirements.
Manage end-to-end outsourcing processes, including contract negotiation, performance monitoring, and service delivery reviews.
Communicate regularly with external vendors to ensure adherence to SLAs, KPIs, and company expectations.
Support internal teams by coordinating outsourced tasks and resolving issues or escalations promptly.
Conduct cost-benefit analysis and recommend improvements to outsourcing strategies.
Ensure outsourced operations comply with legal, regulatory, and company standards.
Maintain accurate documentation of outsourcing activities, contracts, and performance reports.
Track vendor performance and prepare periodic reports for management.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline workflows and improve operational efficiency.
Dispatch manpower based on client requirements to ensure timely and accurate deployment of resources.
With at least 2 years of proven experience in outsourcing, vendor management, procurement, or a similar role.
Strong negotiation and communication skills.
Excellent organizational and project management abilities.
Proficient in MS Office and familiar with outsourcing platforms or vendor management tools.
Ability to analyse data and prepare insightful reports.
Strong attention to detail and ability to work under minimal supervision.
Must have B-License and Car
Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Management, Human Resources, or related field.
