Minimum of 2-4 years of experience in an HR Generalist role or similar position.
Strong knowledge of HR practices, Maltese labor laws, and regulations.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficient in HRIS and Microsoft Office Suite.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism.
Problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
