We are looking for a reliable individual to join our team and take on the role of Accounts Clerk.
The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, ensuring all transactions are recorded and reconciled, and preparing financial reports.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare and post journal entries
- Maintain accurate financial records
- Reconcile accounts and prepare financial statements
- Prepare and submit tax returns
- Liaise with external auditors
- Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable
- Monitor cash flow
- Prepare bank deposits
- Process payroll
- Respond to customer inquiries
At least two years of experience in an accounting role
Proficiency in accounting software
Excellent organizational and communication skills
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
Attention to detail and accuracy
Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field
