- Process reservations and manage bookings using the hotel management system.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery throughout the night.
Previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role, preferably within the hospitality industry.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction.
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively during night shifts.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to remain calm under pressure.
Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and public holidays as required.
