We are looking for an experienced culinary professional to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of two years of experience in a professional kitchen, with a focus on food preparation and presentation.
The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the kitchen, including but not limited to:
• Preparing and cooking food according to recipes and standards
• Supervising and training junior kitchen staff
• Maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene
• Ensuring all food safety regulations are followed
• Monitoring stock levels and ordering supplies as needed
• Assisting in menu planning and development
• Working in a fast-paced environment
• Working collaboratively with other kitchen staff
The successful candidate should have a passion for food, excellent organizational and time management skills, and the ability to work under pressure. The ideal candidate should also have a good understanding of food safety and hygiene regulations.
Proven experience as a Chef de Partie or similar role in a professional kitchen
Solid knowledge of culinary techniques and kitchen equipment
Expertise in your specific station (grill, sauce, pastry, etc.)
Strong understanding of food safety, hygiene, and sanitation standards
Ability to work efficiently under pressure and in a fast-paced environment
Excellent time-management and multitasking skills
Culinary degree or relevant certification preferred
Food handler certification
